LIFE GOALS at age 12

I recently realized that almost every material thing I desire represents something I was forbidden to have or was otherwise unable to procure at age 12. Most if not all of these things I have been able to attain. Life goals set in place in 1979 remain largely unchanged. Hypothetically speaking, a letter to Santa written in 2023 would look almost exactly the same as what I would have written 44 years ago.
